30-Day Refund Policy

At O S Brake, your satisfaction is always guaranteed. We know it's sometimes necessary to return an item. We want to make it easy. Please have your original order number and date on hand.

1. Call our Customer Service representatives for return shipment authorization,
toll-free, at 800-773-4104. You will be given a MERCHANDISE RETURN NUMBER
that you will be asked to prominently display on outside of return shipment.

2. Ship merchandise back to O S Brake in original package (if possible). Keep shipment tracking number until you receive your refund check.

3. REFUNDS are paid in full by company check and mailed within two weeks of O S Brake receiving a validated return item.

REFUND Guidelines a) Merchandise Return Number must accompany return shipment. b) Postage for return shipment must be prepaid. c) Materials are undamaged (minimal wear and tear is normal).
